Weight loss after pregnancy.

It wasn’t an easy journey for me to weight loss after the second delivery. But I was determined to come back in shape with my old dresses.

As my delivery was a c section I was having swelling all over my body. Until the stitches healed I had to wait for bath.

Antibiotics and injections on thighs after a section were awful. The first son itself wanted my attention. Then the newborn wanted 24hrs attention. Sleepless nights and eating at the correct time all was impossible for me.

I started my exercise after 3months of delivery. I tried all exercises including stretching and lifting of the body. But it affected my back, which made me unable to walk.

Keep a healthy diet by avoiding so much fat items. Breastfeed your newborn as much as you can. Because excess calories can be burned out only in that manner and uterus will come back to it’s posture.

It’s possible to get back in shape!
