Only woman should know cooking?

For years, our cooking taste depends on our mother’s cooking style. Whatever we miss will be our mother’s recipe, isn’t it? For some father would be the chef.

From our growing times, girls are trained to be great cooks. Even after marriage, the way to impress the husband is by cooking is a must.

Cutting vegetables for making a curry itself needs patience. Putting the correct amount of flavor is a talent to be appreciated. Our mothers some day spent the whole day in the kitchen. We eat a little and finish it either by wasting or completing it. Some appreciate. They need only that thing to make their day happy.

But nowadays boys should also learn cooking. It’s not a matter of shame. It’s a skill for living. We should encourage them. They will slowly learn how to help and respect women.

Because someone who cooks for us doesn’t mean they are our servants, they need also rest. Education means something we should learn from our home. It shouldn’t be only the theory part but practically we need to encourage them

Can sugar contents increase our fat?

Eating chocolate or ice cream after heavy lunch was my favorite thing always. I even kept all family packs of ice cream with different flavours.

Whenever I felt happy or sad I used to have it. Even if I am full I used to have it.

But I wasn’t aware of the milk contents used in it. The fact is that not all are ice creams some are deserts.

It is written on the cover itself. We usually don’t have the patience. I gained several kgs.

But for my son it effected in different ways as loose motion.

Only after antibiotics was he cured.

If you want to undergo weight avoid all sugar contents at least after 6 pm. Try to use fruits 🍑 that are more good and healthy for you.

But even for a tea or coffee it’s hard for us to avoid it.

Always give priority to your health then you will lose weight naturally.

When nonveg items made hormonal imbalance during periods

None veg items were always my favorite from childhood. But I didn’t expect it would cause hormonal issues in me.

First of all, most all chicken items we buy from a shop are hormone and medicine injected. It may look fresh and healthy.

I would eat chicken items, not more than 2 pieces, once a week. It happened during my 21age. Naturally, I was getting fat each week.

Suddenly my periods started, but it was not even going to stop on the 6th day also.

Days, weeks all passed. Still, Blood flow was the same. I became a tired and anemic type. I went to a gynecologist. She confirmed it as hormonal imbalance.

My question was how it suddenly happen? She gave me 3months of Ayurveda medicine.

It can come from stress or diet I followed suddenly

I could remember the day I started chicken every week. So friends in my opinion, avoid non veg items at the maximum.

When I entered Jumanji’s world.

As a mother after 2 delivery, my life was stuck in my home. My health issues were also a fact for that.

I wished to travel and explore new things. But with my kids, I couldn’t even go to the washroom.

As my husband lived in another gulf country, I wished to live with him. But thinking of expenses I refused it. This situation began to continue for years. Everyone began to scold me for spending my days like this.

As I am an Electrical Engineer some spark was always in my mind. At last, I changed my decision.

I decided to go with him to find better opportunities. It became like a Jumanji game. I could not return until helping Jumanji achieve his goal.That is my job!

I traveled and explored. I had a different and mind-blowing experience. But I missed my kids so much. But I couldn’t return.

I hope one day I will be out of my Jumanji book. To live with family is a blessing. Most of them miss those with moments small and big fightings.

Life is so short, make your memories cherished throughout your life.

Bread pakoda snack

If your bread going to expire and you need an evening snack, bread pakoda is best choice.

All you need is,

Bread slices

Besan powder(1 cup)

Redchillipowder (a pinch)

Kayam powder (asafoetida)

Salt (a pinch)

Dosa batter1/2 spoon (optional)

Mix all in a pasteform by adding water.

Dip bread slice in that paste form.

Take a pan, pour little oil, dip bread slice in it.

Tasty bread pakoda is ready🥰🥰

Moodswings in pregnancy.

As a woman mood swings are common all over her life. During pregnancy, these swings are comparatively higher. I was irritated by even small things.

I always expect others to do more care for me. As you know, husbands would be busy with jobs. They have of course strain in making money. After all these, they would have a sleepy head.

My mood used to change very fast. I couldn’t find time to care for myself which resulted me into crying.

Dark Chocolates helped me in that to change my mood swings. It worked for me a lot.

Hear music for at least 10 min a day.

Last but not least sunlight before 10 am and after 4 pm. Vit D is so much essential even if you are not pregnant.

Swelling during Pregnancy

My worst part of health issues started when I was pregnant. By the 5th month of pregnancy, the swelling started from my 🦶 foot.

At first, I didn’t give it much importance as once I take a rest, in bed everything was ok. Being in bed the whole day, with a 3-year-old naughty kid is just impossible.

Moreover, cooking is always one of my favorite hobbies. Trying new dishes at home made me more mentally strong, but physically weak.

My belly fluid was more than kids’ weight. I used to stand a lot while cooking. My Husband even arranged a stool for sitting while cooking. But I was not getting that easy to do.

My swelling started all over my body. The doctor checked my blood pressure, and sugar twice. Everything was quite normal.

With my heavy leg, it was very hard to sleep. I even had trouble making a pee.

I thought it was natural. But I was wrong! I had a varicose vein full in my vagina part! Which made urine go very slowly.

Even after my section, I had to take painkillers and injections to avoid thrombosis in future.

Some pains are always unforgettable. Take maximum rest when you are pregnant. Along with it mental health also is important.

Because you are always precious.

Morning sickness during pregnancy.

Carrying a baby in the womb is the most wonderful experience for a woman. But the suffering starts from waking time itself. But some are blessed of not having vomiting.

Brushing in the morning was a scary thing for me. According to my routine, we drink tea only after that. But when being pregnant it made me vomit, and that feeling continues for half and hour.

I tried lemon smelling for not vomiting further. It was almost successful up to 90%. But in my case, a strong headache would come and lead to vomiting.

Even spitting out a mouth full of water can spoil my day with vomiting. As my mother prepared an extra amount of milk for the baby in my tummy. So the nutrients should be absorbed not by vomiting.

When I was carrying my son, I didn’t liked any sugary things but it was the opposite when I was carrying a girl.

Both times I was having morning sickness.

So what I did was drank tea without even washing my mouth, which made me better. I sat for almost half n hour there. I felt healthier after having that.

Then I brushed my teeth, with a morning smile.

Beware of the slightest smell in surroundings😹

Sex after pregnancy

Being with our partner is the most wonderful feeling. But when we can’t do sex, after a delivery especially after c-section it’s bit painful.

Doctors suggest avoiding contact for 6months. At that time she needs mental support, her body is healing. The hormonal changes in her body may even lead to some depression. Only an understanding husband can stand with her.

Loose skin parts and stretch marks all over her body made her a bit sadder. She may be less attractive to you after all these. But she is a warrior, she struggled a lot and she deserves your love and caring relatives.

Wait for the moment to see her smile, and when she is ready, I bet she will always keep you in her heart forever.

Depression after pregnancy.

Body changes happening to women after pregnancy can cause certain hormonal changes also. A sudden drop of estrogen hormone creates postpartum depression.

The feeling of nobody caring, not being interested to look after a newborn baby, feeling of suicide, and feeling to cry for no reason are all part of depression.

I had all these feelings but was not ready to accept the word depression. Everyone began to see it was my arrogance.

I used to struggle for several months, but today so many mothers are undergoing such a situation. There is proper counseling. Moreover, she deserves better care from loved ones.

Vitamin D tablets can help her to avoid depression. Delivering a baby is not an easy process even if it’s normal or c-section.

Support her with care and love because she needs a shoulder to cry and release her pain.
