
None veg items were always my favorite from childhood. But I didn’t expect it would cause hormonal issues in me.
First of all, most all chicken items we buy from a shop are hormone and medicine injected. It may look fresh and healthy.
I would eat chicken items, not more than 2 pieces, once a week. It happened during my 21age. Naturally, I was getting fat each week.
Suddenly my periods started, but it was not even going to stop on the 6th day also.
Days, weeks all passed. Still, Blood flow was the same. I became a tired and anemic type. I went to a gynecologist. She confirmed it as hormonal imbalance.
My question was how it suddenly happen? She gave me 3months of Ayurveda medicine.
It can come from stress or diet I followed suddenly
I could remember the day I started chicken every week. So friends in my opinion, avoid non veg items at the maximum.
