Morning sickness during pregnancy.

Carrying a baby in the womb is the most wonderful experience for a woman. But the suffering starts from waking time itself. But some are blessed of not having vomiting.

Brushing in the morning was a scary thing for me. According to my routine, we drink tea only after that. But when being pregnant it made me vomit, and that feeling continues for half and hour.

I tried lemon smelling for not vomiting further. It was almost successful up to 90%. But in my case, a strong headache would come and lead to vomiting.

Even spitting out a mouth full of water can spoil my day with vomiting. As my mother prepared an extra amount of milk for the baby in my tummy. So the nutrients should be absorbed not by vomiting.

When I was carrying my son, I didn’t liked any sugary things but it was the opposite when I was carrying a girl.

Both times I was having morning sickness.

So what I did was drank tea without even washing my mouth, which made me better. I sat for almost half n hour there. I felt healthier after having that.

Then I brushed my teeth, with a morning smile.

Beware of the slightest smell in surroundings😹
