Most women have backaches after delivery. In my case, I had it from my pregnancy time itself.
I have undergone 2 cesareans. At the first cesarian time, I was able to take proper rest. But by 2nd cesarean looking after 2kids made my backache a little more.
I was not able to stand properly. So I took painkillers as an injection. As it was repeated every 2 weeks doctor prescribed MRI SCAN. I tried Ayurveda medicines too.
As taking complete rest was impossible for me, we were searching for other options.
Physiotherapy was another option. I heard so many of them getting cured. After 3days of treatment, I felt better.They gave me some simple exercises.
After pregnancy, some muscles at back were not coming to their original position which made some veins stretch out.
If anyone facing such problems, I refer to physiotherapy, it can help you a lot.

Doctors always advise to-give breastmilk until 6months. Because of c-section pain, the mother tried formula milk on the newborn baby. With great hard work, baby spotted some while some were finished.
Months passed by, and I was giving my breastmilk too. The baby began to show aversion toward formula milk. I was happy that the baby was getting enough from me.
After 6months baby began to depend on me every 30minutes. I felt dizzy after feeding her all day. Even at night baby began to suck it, till morning. I couldn’t sleep at all.
Even when I go for an outing or a party baby wanted me to open my dress and feed her.
The situation continued for 2years and I was used to it. The baby began to be in my hands whole the day. Baby’s ultimate goal was my milk! Wherever I sit baby thinks as I am going to give her milk.
I refused by not giving and the baby began to scream which changed my mind again.
How can I see my baby crying a whole day?
I tried “chenninayam”( a Malayalam word) getting from Ayurveda medicines.
It’s having a sour taste .At first baby refused and was confused about it. I began to feed her formula milk in a cup.
As soon as her tummy was full, she refused to have something my trick almost won!
The problem came at midnight she just licked out all medicine with saliva and hands and began to drink.
Then I understood when she feels thirsty or hungry she comes in search of there.
Even at midnight, I began to feed her formula milk. It was a bit hard to feed her in half sleep!
But I won almost which helped me in sleeping straight.
Being a mother is not simple. But being a grandmother is more risky.
Health problems are much affected by being the age above 40. After daughters or sons are married they always expect a healthy grandchild.
Their journey starts by preparing all the items for the pregnant lady. They are scared each day regarding babies’ and mothers’ health.
Like every woman, I would also like to work during pregnancy. As I had complications, the doctor requested me to take complete rest for at least 5months.
It was a bit hard for me, as I had swelling. I even got a job as my dream job. But traveling and staying in the hostel made my dreams impossible.
I had 2 options to go or to obey mummy. As it was my first pregnancy she began to lecture me about consequences. To have food at the correct time will be hard at work time.
If anything happens to me or a kid I will have to answer my husband’s family. Taking a rest and having food at the correct time is something I always loved.
Seeing her tension, I made my decision, to take a rest and deliver a healthy child.
Being a grandparent, she got a bit of relief from all tensions I made.
Money can be made whenever you have health, but can’t buy happiness
Constipation is certainly a big problem when it happens for more than 3days.In my case, it was the worst situation during pregnancy.

If we go and see a doctor they may write some medicines or syrups, but can we have it all in our life?. Pregnant ladies especially have difficulty giving pressure at their early months.
Easy home remedies can make your motion faster.
Small bananas
Eat small bananas at almost 7 pm. Try to eat bananas before food it would make your motion faster.
Dried black grapes
Soak some black dried grapes in lukewarm water. Drink that water in the morning when you wakeup in an empty stomach.
Aloe vera juice
I had tried it in an empty stomach and it was pretty good.
Moreover, a peaceful mind is essential to make our body work proper.
Most of us include non-vegetarians in our food. Try to include salads while consuming a meat.

As a mother, each day from the morning starts busy. Even their tantrums and naughtiness overloaded is a big headache for all mothers.
My worst day starts with kids crying and needed to be in my hands the whole day. It’s very difficult to our needs in the bathroom with the kids!
I took them to the pediatrician for their recovery. Leaving my all home chores for them. Each had a bundle of medicines that were antibiotics.
Although they were not eating I managed to give them food showing cartoons. Then was the medicine time. They began to run seeing, that somehow I managed to put the spoon in their mouth and she spitted.She began to cry showing action “I don’t want”.
Somehow I grabbed her in my hands tied her hand, but her tongue was active in spitting out. Putting a spoon inside her mouth deeper made scratches on her mouth.
She began to burst out in anger and cried.
When she was about to vomit I took her and gave her a chocolate .She was calm and quiet and rested on my shoulder.
I was the happiest parent at that moment. I could give her medicine at the correct time.
Houseboat travel is just a mesmerizing time, especially at night time. A time spent with a lover under stars is just romantic feeling.
In the morning everyone is busy with phone calls and work. If you are thinking of a vacation houseboat travel is best.
Stressful life has made everyone look down. In their works or comparing others’ life. Only a few find time for stress relief programs.
Sitting near the sea at night time and looking at the stars can reduce your stress.Sea itself has a lot of stories to tell. The cool breeze at night makes us calm.
Morning sunshine at sea usually makes you tired. Excess salt in seawater in the morning is really boring.

It wasn’t an easy journey for me to weight loss after the second delivery. But I was determined to come back in shape with my old dresses.
As my delivery was a c section I was having swelling all over my body. Until the stitches healed I had to wait for bath.
Antibiotics and injections on thighs after a section were awful. The first son itself wanted my attention. Then the newborn wanted 24hrs attention. Sleepless nights and eating at the correct time all was impossible for me.
I started my exercise after 3months of delivery. I tried all exercises including stretching and lifting of the body. But it affected my back, which made me unable to walk.
Keep a healthy diet by avoiding so much fat items. Breastfeed your newborn as much as you can. Because excess calories can be burned out only in that manner and uterus will come back to it’s posture.
